Director Mallard of S.H.U.S.H.

Shhhhh! He's brooding! In his case its the same as thinking. GASP! It's a background!

A possible scene from a story that I've been concocting for years.

Sketch 16

Another meshing of two animals, thing.

More Ducks

Ducks are on the brain...

Bat Cat

Um, I blame it on our assignment for class.

Another Angela

I did a black and white under painting then using multiply I painted over certain areas with color. Fun!

Another Sketch

Started out as Toph from Avatar: The Last Airbender, and then I kept playing with it. So it's a NOT Toph.

Tastes Like Chicken

For the T-Shirt Design. Somethings I want to change. Don't like inking in Photoshop.

Walkin' the Dog

Everybody walks their dog. :D If you don't get it, think yo-yo.

Girl with Flower...thing

More tablet sketches in Photoshop. Look, a background!!!

LEO WIP

This was a sketch that I decided to turn into the 2nd Assignment. I got about halfway forgot to save, lost it all, and had to start over and here is where I am.

Controlling gradients is harder than I thought. I sort of like the effect of the gradient mesh and blend, but I feel like I can't get it to do what I want it to.

Anywho, this is what I have thus far. :D

Fennec Fox, I CHOOSE YOU!

Gasp! Horizontal format!! Le Gasp! It's something other than black and white!!!!

So, I started doodling and the further I went along the more my brain started thinking, "Hey, it's a Pokemon thing-a-mah-jig."

Then my husband came in and said, "Cool, it looks like a Fennec Fox."

*Epic Pokemon FAIL!* T_T

Oh, the acorn is obligatory, backgrounds optional.

Polygonal Lasso Nonsense

Yay for the polygonal lasso tool and all it's geometric glory. I've seen fellow students do fun stuff with this tool so I thought I'd give it a go. Too bad my dragon looks like a mechanical airplane about to dive bomb a mountain. It was still fun!

Xander Sketch

Another duck character, less homicidal than Angela.

Dragon Things

Sketch 2. Just dragonish looking things.

Liquidator- sketch

Darkwing Duck villain. Sketchy!!!

Assignment Numero Uno

Angela is a character I modeled after Disney's cartoon Darkwing Duck. She kicks butt first, asks questions later and that's only when she's in a good mood, which isn't often. Just... stay out of her way.

So, after today's critique, I'm seriously wanting to add a big ol' KABOOM for the BG. If only time wasn't an issue!

Anywho, yay for vectors and Adobe Illustrator!

Hero In A Half-Shell Sketch 02 Week 01

Because I still have a soft spot for mutant turtles and their ninja skillz.

Sketched with my wacom tablet and colored in photoshop with a hard brush set to about 25% opacity and went from there. I might use for my vector assignment.

Sketch 01 for week 01

Um, Dolly Parton's hair eating someone's head...yeah.

Because Stick Figures OWN

Welcome to my sketchblog! Where things are sketchy at best and who knows what at worst.
This was my self portrait. Little did I know that it would be necessary to post it. What it lacks in skill it makes up for in personality! I blame the dragon on The Inheritance Series.

Anyway, sketchblog = WIP, Final projects and of course SKETCHES!!!!

I'll try and refrain from making eyes bleed or blindness from overexposure to pure awesomeness!! Kay buh-bye!
